Queens Royal Beauty Booking Policies

To ensure the best experience for every guest, please review the following policies before booking your appointment.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to reserve all individual appointments. Service packages require a 25% non-refundable deposit. Deposits are applied toward your total service cost.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit on file. Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice (“no-shows”) will also forfeit their deposit.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their service shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying the next guest. If a service must be rescheduled due to late arrival, a new deposit may be required.

Same-Day Appointments

Same-day appointments are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Guests

To maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment, only clients receiving services are permitted in the treatment suite unless prior arrangements have been made.

Children

For safety reasons and to preserve a tranquil atmosphere, children should not accompany you to your appointment unless they are receiving a scheduled service or unless agreed upon prior to appointment.

Health & Safety

If you are experiencing symptoms of illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of professional beauty and skincare services, all services, deposits, gift cards, and retail product sales are final. If you have concerns regarding your service, please contact Queens Royal Beauty within 48 hours so we can address them appropriately.
